Responsibilities
Curating and sharing daily newsletters with clients
Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate internally for resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely updates
Prepare and submit monthly reports as per client requirements
Qualifications
Currently pursuing graduation in any discipline (or enrolled in an equivalent program)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer Knowledge with proficiency of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
