Position: Performance Marketing Guest Trainer Experience: 1+ Years Type: Guest Trainer / Part-Time Mode: Online Job Description NDMIT is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Guest Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to deliver practical, industry-oriented training. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct practical training on Google Ads & Meta Ads from basic to advanced levels. Teach end-to-end campaign setup, including account setup, campaign structure, objectives, targeting, budgeting, bidding, ad creation, and launch. Train students on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Meta Lead, Sales, Traffic, Awareness, and Retargeting campaigns. Teach keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, creative strategy, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Explain and demonstrate GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and UTM tracking. Train students to analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and other KPIs. Conduct live campaign demonstrations, case studies, practical assignments, and troubleshooting sessions. Teach students how to monitor, optimize, scale, and report campaign performance. Requirements1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking. Experience managing real campaigns and budgets. Excellent communication and training skills. Prior training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
