This role involves strategic planning, execution of marketing initiatives, sales promotions, people leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth and strengthen brand presence both in On-trade and Off-trade channels. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve brand-wise sales volume and market share targets on a monthly basis. Implement strategies for product positioning, visibility, market penetration, retail segmentation, sales mix, and pack-size optimization to drive business growth. Execute marketing, merchandising, and brand activation initiatives within approved budgets, aligned with organizational and regional objectives. Plan and execute sales promotion activities to build demand, improve brand visibility, and enhance brand equity. Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure effective market execution and target achievement. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to set sales goals, budgets, and forecasts to consistently exceed targets. Maintain commercial discipline by ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. Drive people leadership, focusing on nurturing, developing, and retaining top talent within the team. Foster an innovative, consumer-facing culture by managing performance expectations and delivering business outcomes. Conduct market intelligence, competitive mapping, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve market presence. Manage and grow business across both On-trade and Off-trade channels for the assigned territory. Required Skills & QualificationsProven track record in sales management, brand building, and market expansion. Strong knowledge of retail segmentation, trade channels, and sales execution strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to drive market intelligence initiatives and convert insights into actionable strategies. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial compliance. Experience in On-trade and Off-trade sales management is mandatory. Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred). Experience: 8–12+ years in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Beverage industry.
