Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement zonal sales plans aligned with the organization's goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for products and services (e.g., educational software, books, e-learning platforms, assessments, training programs).
Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
Team Management:
Monitor team performance, provide coaching and performance feedback.
Conduct regular reviews and sales meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centers.
Understand client needs and customize offerings accordingly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Generate insights for product improvement, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
