Job Description: Welder (ARC Welding)Position: Welder – ARC Department: Fabrication & Production Location: Bikaner (as per company requirement) Industry: Agricultural Machinery & Post-Harvesting Plant Manufacturing About the Company Shree Rajaram Agro Industries Pvt. Key Responsibilities Perform ARC welding operations for fabrication of agricultural machines, post-harvesting equipment, and heavy steel structures. Carry out welding work on graders, thresher bodies, frames, elevators, conveyors, and other plant machinery parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts. Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and finishing of welded parts. Inspect and test welds to maintain strength, durability, and safety standards. Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness. Adhere to company quality policies, production targets, and safety standards. Requirements Minimum Experience: 1 year in welding (ARC) for fabrication works. Hands-on experience in agricultural machinery welding, grading, and structural fabrication preferred. Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG/TIG is an added advantage). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physically fit and safety-conscious. Skills Strong expertise in ARC welding. Ability to weld MS, SS, and sheets/angles/pipes. Understanding of metal preparation, cutting, and grinding. Eye for quality and precision work.
