Experience - 1 Year JOB Description - We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Visa Counsellor to join our team in Jalandhar Punjab. The successful candidate will provide professional guidance and advice to clients regarding visa options, requirements, and application processes, ensuring they receive the best possible service. As a Visa Counsellor at Seabird International in Jalandhar Punjab, your responsibilities Include: 1. Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements and objectives. Provide personalized advice on visa options, eligibility criteria, and the application process. Clarify any doubts and answer questions related to visa regulations and procedures. 2. Application Processing: Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring they understand each step. Follow up on submitted applications and communicate with relevant authorities as needed. Review and verify the accuracy of submitted documents to ensure compliance with visa requirements. 3. Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Represent the company at conferences and community gatherings. 4. Documentation and Processing: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and documentation. Submit completed applications to the relevant authorities and follow up on their progress. Address any issues or additional requirements raised by immigration authorities promptly. 5. Regulatory Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, immigration laws, and policies. Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws and regulations. Advise clients on changes in immigration policies that may affect their visa status or application. 6. Administrative Duties: Manage and update client files and records in the company’s database. Prepare reports on application statuses, client interactions, and other relevant metrics. Perform general office duties as required to support the efficient operation of the consultancy. 7. Travelling: Embrace the travel requirements inherent to the position by visiting different branches of our office situated across Punjab. 8. Relocate: Willing to relocate to other branches of this Office 9. Video: Must Create engaging, informative, and professional video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) to promote visa services. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in visa counseling, preferably with a focus on UK, Australia, and Canada study visas. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach. Proficiency in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
