Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr Travel Sales Consultant. As a Sr Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized travel experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with travel arrangements, managing travel bookings, and offering expert advice on travel destinations and itineraries. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their travels.
Qualifications
Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in reservations and booking systems
Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 1 year Experienced candidates can apply
