Job Description
We are looking for a store manager in a retail professional who oversees the daily operations of a store to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They act as a "mini-CEO" of the store, balancing the financial performance and brand image.
Key roles and responsibilities
Staff and team leadership
Recruitment and training: Hiring, onboarding, and training new employees to ensure they meet company standards and have strong product knowledge.
Scheduling and supervision: Creating work schedules, assigning daily tasks, and managing staff performance to maximize productivity and ensure adequate coverage.
Motivation and performance management: Inspiring and coaching the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes conducting performance reviews and resolving employee conflicts.
Positive work environment: Fostering a healthy, positive, and collaborative culture that promotes teamwork and high morale.
Financial performance and sales
Sales strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, grow profitability, and achieve revenue goals.
Budgeting and expense control: Managing the store's budget, monitoring operating costs, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, to higher management.

Compliance and safety: Ensuring all store operations adhere to company policies, as well as relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
Customer experience and relations
Service excellence: Setting and enforcing high standards for customer service and training staff to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Complaint resolution: Handling complex customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
Customer engagement: Analyzing customer trends and purchasing behavior to improve sales strategies and build customer loyalty.
