Key Responsibilities
Customer Service – Greet and assist customers in selecting stationery items such as books, pens, office supplies, and art materials.
Product Knowledge – Stay updated on stationery products, brands, and pricing to guide customers effectively.
Billing & Cash Handling – Operate the billing counter/POS system, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Stock Management – Arrange, replenish, and maintain stationery stock on shelves; check inventory and report shortages.
Store Organization – Keep shelves, display counters, and storage areas neat, clean, and well-organized.
Sales Support – Promote new arrivals, offers, and discounts to boost sales.
Order Handling – Assist in managing bulk or customized stationery orders for schools, offices, and businesses.
Complaint Resolution – Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues to the store manager when needed.
Safety & Security – Ensure products are handled properly and prevent shoplifting or damage.
Reporting – Provide daily sales and stock update reports to the manager/supervisor.
shift time - 8AM - 8PM
after that OT will be provided
