We are hiring a Manager – Executive Operations to work closely with senior management. The role is focused on coordination, follow-up, reporting, and task tracking across multiple departments.
This is not a boss role – you will act as a support partner to management, ensuring smooth execution of instructions and timely updates from teams.
Key Responsibilities
meetings/calls with management, note down key points, and prepare action trackers.
Follow up with departments like Finance, HR, Accounts, Admin, Operations, etc. to ensure timely task completion.
Prepare daily/weekly summary reports for management review.
Draft professional emails, letters, and communication as required.
Maintain trackers and reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
Support in procurement-related activities such as vendor quote comparison and online checks.
Ensure deadlines are met by following up in a polite and professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
Minimum 1 years of experience in office coordination / operations / administration / senior executive role.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Ability to understand and coordinate with multiple business functions.
Flexible to support management beyond office hours if required.
