Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance & AccountsResponsibilities & Key DeliverablesMonthly MIS & ReportingPrepare and review Monthly MIS Reports.
Conduct in-depth P&L analysis and review of expenses, including accounting for prepaid expenses and provisions.
Prepare MIS reports for Operations and Department Heads.
Analyze variances:
Month-on-Month (MoM)
Year-on-Year (YoY)
Actual vs Budget
Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ)
Track subsequent booking against provisions created in the previous month.
Budgeting ActivitiesCoordinate with Operations for preparation of Kandivali’s Revenue & Expense Budget.
Prepare revenue budget for support functions.
Consolidation of Sector ExpensesPrepare Monthly/Quarterly MIS for expenses at Manufacturing level with detailed analysis.
Consolidate Revenue Budget at AD + MVML level.
Prepare presentations (PPT) for Budget Review by Senior Management with detailed analysis.
Manage released budgets in WBS and monitor expenses booked.
Internal Control & ComplianceEnsure compliance with internal control systems.
Maintain review evidences/workings as per RCM requirements and upload on Controls Manager Portal.
Audit Support & LiaisonCoordinate with Statutory Auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Prepare and circulate required schedules.
Review trial balance and ensure no unexplainable variances.
Monitor schedules shared with Sector Accounts and auditors, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with Tax Auditors to ensure timely completion of Tax Audits in collaboration with Accounts, CSR, Corporate Taxation, and GST teams.
ICFR / COSO ComplianceConduct Management Testing for assigned processes.
Support audit testing by providing necessary explanations and review evidences.
IT Improvements & AutomationDrive automation of routine activities.
Leverage IT tools to provide standardized MIS for Operations and Management.
Experience1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP required.
QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA).
Industry PreferredCandidates from Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering sectors will be an added advantage (open to other industries as well).
