Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct branch and field audits for Microfinance operations.
● Verify loan files, KYC documents, group meeting records, and collection processes.
● Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
● Identify risks, suggest process improvements, and track implementation.
● Perform cash and asset verification during surprise audits.
Requirements:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
● 2+ years of MFI audit or BFSI experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of Microfinance processes.
● Willing to travel to field/branch locations.
