Job Title: Senior Developer Location: Tricity (Punjab) Role: Contractual - 6 Months   Role Overview We are looking for a competent and dynamic Senior Developer with a minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience to lead and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions. The role requires strong backend expertise, knowledge of DevOps practices, and the ability to handle complex tasks while ensuring quality, performance, and security. The Senior Developer will contribute across the development lifecycle, participate in technical design and architecture discussions, make strategic technology decisions, mentor junior engineers, and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.   Key Responsibilities ·      Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions. ·      Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and maintenance. ·      Participate in architectural and technical design discussions to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. ·      Ensure code quality, application performance, and adherence to security standards. ·      Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. ·      Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and recommend improvements. ·      Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery. ·      Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.   Required Qualifications & Experience Education: BE/B.Tech / MCA ·      Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience. ·      Proven track record in delivering complex software projects within set timelines.         Skills & Competencies     Must-Have Skills ·      Backend development expertise in Python. ·      Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. ·      Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. ·      Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and application security best practices. ·      Proficiency in database design and query optimization. ·      Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). ·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good-to-Have Skills ·      Frontend development experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). ·      Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). ·      General Competencies ·      Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ·      Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
