Job Responsibilities:Develop, design, plan, and edit high-quality content for: English Grammar Courses Soft Skills & Personality Development Modules SSC Exam Preparation (Tier I & II subjects) Simplify high-end concepts and lectures into easy-to-learn formats through books, PPTs, and digital content. Write, structure, and edit book content and course material with accuracy, creativity, and learner-friendliness. Create engaging study materials, quizzes, mock tests, worksheets, and video scripts aligned with exam standards and learner levels. Collaborate with instructional designers and academic leads to ensure engaging and practical content delivery. Stay updated with SSC exam patterns and integrate relevant changes in a timely manner. Suggest new teaching strategies, content formats, and creative ideas to enhance learner outcomes. ✅ Requirements:Strong subject knowledge in English Grammar, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and SSC exam syllabi. Prior experience in content creation, lesson planning, or teaching/training in any of the mentioned areas. Ability to convert complex academic topics into simple, understandable, and visually engaging content. Skilled in writing and editing books, presentations (PPTs), and course handbooks. Excellent written communication, grammar, research, and time management skills. Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital content creation is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Humanities, or any related field.
