Job Description


Key Responsibilities   ·      Identify and generate new business leads across industries such as logistics, warehousing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and export houses that use wooden pallets.   ·      Research and build a strong database of potential clients through online/offline sources, networking, and market visits.   ·      Contact prospective buyers through calls, emails, and direct meetings to present company products and services.   ·      Understand client requirements related to pallet sizes, quality standards, and quantities.   ·      Propose suitable pallet solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing/commercial terms.   ·      Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.   ·      Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.     ·      Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.   ·      Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records in Excel.     Desired Candidate Profile   ·      Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.   ·      1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably packaging, timber, pallets, or logistics industry).   ·      Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.   ·      Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.   ·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.     Key Skills   ·      Lead Generation & Market Research   ·      B2B Sales & Client Acquisition   ·      Negotiation & Closing Deals   ·      Relationship Management   ·      Knowledge of Packaging / Wooden Pallet Industry (preferred)
