Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the sales of Roto Moulded Water Tanks (various capacities) in Dehradun and Garhwal region. The role involves lead generation, target account selling, dealer/distributor network development, and execution of marketing strategies to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
• Drive target account selling and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide insights for growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in building materials, tanks, or related products).
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in the Dehradun & Garhwal zone.
