We are a leading tea manufacturing company with a strong presence in domestic and international markets. To strengthen our machinery division, we are looking for an experienced Marketing / Sales Manager who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our footprint in the machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans for tea processing and packaging machinery.
Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with tea estates, factories, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, and R&D) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Achieve sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
7–8 years of proven sales & marketing experience in the machinery industry (preferably food/tea/packaging machinery).
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and ability to explain product benefits to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad.
