Noblegiving is a purpose-driven platform enabling impactful giving by connecting NGOs, corporates, HNIs, and everyday donors. We empower causes and maximize social impact through partnerships, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
Role Summary:
We are seeking proactive Sales Executives who will be at the forefront of Noblegiving’s growth. The role goes beyond fundraising — you will prospect, book demos, and generate leads across multiple stakeholder groups (NGOs, corporates, HNIs, CSR teams) to help expand Noblegiving’s reach, partnerships, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads across NGOs, corporates, HNIs, CSR teams, and individual donors.
Book demos/meetings with NGOs to onboard them onto Noblegiving’s platform.
Build and manage a steady pipeline of prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Assist the Growth Manager in expanding stakeholder relationships and business opportunities.
Conduct initial qualification calls and pass high-quality leads to the Growth Manager for closure.
Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly targets for demos booked, leads generated, and revenue supported.
KPIs & Performance Targets:
Minimum 30–40 outreach activities daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn connects).
40–50 qualified leads generated per month.
15–20 demos booked per month (NGOs / corporates).
Contribution to quarterly revenue targets through lead pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Development sector preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or NGO fundraising partnerships.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to research and identify decision-makers in NGOs and corporates.
Target-oriented with a growth mindset.
