We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive who can connect with clients, understand their requirements, and close successful property sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-first approach with a passion for building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential buyers through calls, site visits, and events
Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective customers
Understand client needs, provide property solutions, and build trust
Conduct site visits and ensure a great client experience
Maintain & update leads in the CRM system
Work closely with the marketing team for qualified lead follow-up
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of real estate sales experience (freshers with strong skills can be considered)
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
Target-driven mindset with confidence to close deals
Based in Delhi NCR (mandatory)
Having own vehicle will be an added advantage
