Job Title: QC Inspector
Location: Jamnagar
Department: Quality Control
Reports to: Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections, and helping to maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Perform measurements and tests to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
Record inspection results and provide detailed reports to management.
Identify and report any quality issues, and collaborate with production teams to resolve them.
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines during inspections.
Assist in the development of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in audits and help with the continuous improvement process.
Qualifications:
B.E. (Mech. Eng.) or Diploma (Mech. Eng.) Or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ Experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot potential defects.
Knowledge of quality control standards and tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, Profile Projector,etc.).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
