Job Description – Quality Control Executive/OfficerPosition DetailsDesignation: Quality Control (QC) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Location: Falna, Rajasthan Industry Preference: Only candidates from Chemical Industry CTC: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain instruments such as Karl Fischer, Moisture Balance, UV Spectroscopy, and GC. Ensure compliance and documentation within SAP QC Module and adhere to ISO systems. Drive quality initiatives and manage ISO 9000, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), deviation management, and customer complaint handling. Apply Six Sigma principles for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Monitor and improve QC procedures, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify quality gaps and recommend improvements. Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process optimization. Candidate ProfileStrong knowledge of quality control procedures in chemical manufacturing. Proficiency in mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods. Skilled in SAP (QC module) and familiar with IT systems. Attention to detail with excellent observation, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of ISO systems, Six Sigma methodology, and quality audits. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
