Job Description – Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Department: Project Management Office (PMO) / Operations
Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management & Governance – Drive and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards while meeting customer expectations.
Project Facilitation & Support – Support successful project delivery through effective facilitation, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Stakeholder Advisory – Guide and advise stakeholders and internal teams on best practices in project management methodologies and act as the first point of contact for project management queries.
Performance Tracking – Track, monitor, and report on the overall project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, prioritized, and comprehensive view of all projects.
Cost & Budget Control – Monitor project overheads and capital expenditures to ensure cost efficiency, taking corrective action for any variances.
Project Reporting – Prepare and present timely reports, dashboards, and governance documentation for senior management to support decision-making.
Process & Compliance – Ensure adherence to organizational project governance standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement practices.

Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Management or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Project Management / PMO roles.
Strong exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Experience in budget monitoring, governance, and portfolio reporting.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across levels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / JIRA / or other PM tools.
