Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects—from site mobilization to handover
• Lead cross-functional site teams (2 to 50 members) with clarity, structure, and accountability
• Develop execution plans and monitor progress using digital tools and real-time dashboards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain rigorous quality control and safety standards across all civil works
• Track project budgets and timelines with transparency, using ERP and Excel reporting
• Implement sustainable practices on-site and ensure adherence to green building standards where applicable
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, MS Projects, and AutoCAD
Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of project execution, structural drawings, and site coordination
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills
Mobility: Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required
Commitment: Dedication to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Preferred Qualifications
• M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• PMP Certification
• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience with fast-track or multi-site project delivery
• Familiarity with digital construction tools (BIM, drone-based monitoring, mobile-based project tracking)
