Job Title – Product Management & Product Operations About Us We are an early-stage startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with successful ventures across Fintech, E-commerce, E-Clinic, and Hospitality. At Pehchaan, we are building multiple products in Fintech, Martech, HRTech, and Upskilling domains — some as our own flagship offerings and some for our clients. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple product threads with ease, while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. We aim to disrupt recruitment, education, and professional networking by leveraging AI to create a new equilibrium between job seekers and job providers. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the founding group and gain hands-on exposure across Product Management, Product Operations, Business Development, and Go-To-Market Strategy. Roles & Responsibilities Product Management Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes. Maintain clear functional documentation to ensure smooth product development. Manage B2B client implementations with precision and timely delivery. Oversee on-ground project execution and ensure quality standards. Participate in client interactions to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Support the product team in shaping roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans. Assist in user testing, data gathering, and performance validation to enhance usability.   Product Operations Own day-to-day operational tasks with agility and accountability. Approach problem-solving with proactivity and structured thinking. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with strong multitasking skills. Collaborate with business leaders and clients to align on priorities and deliverables. Take ownership of projects, coordinate across teams, and drive them to closure. Exhibit a go-getter mindset with initiative and adaptability. Stay organized, communicative, and quick-thinking in high-pressure situations.     Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or a similar qualification. Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Product Operations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Prior startup or B2B experience is a plus.
