About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Physics Educator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of physics concepts, the ability to simplify complex topics, and a passion for inspiring students to explore the subject with curiosity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging physics lessons for [mention grades or levels – e.g., Grade 9–12, JEE/NEET aspirants, etc.]. Create lesson plans, assignments, and experiments aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives. Encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and application of physics principles. Conduct regular assessments, tests, and interactive sessions to track student progress. Offer personalised mentoring and doubt-clearing support to students. Collaborate with peers to design study materials, practice modules, and mock tests. Stay updated with advancements in physics, pedagogy, and examination patterns. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred). Prior teaching experience in [school/college/coaching/institution] is desirable. Strong conceptual clarity and ability to explain physics in a simple, engaging manner. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with both traditional and technology-based teaching methodologies.
