Salary: 1 lpa to 4lpa (Based on your experience and interview)
Qualifications: D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Preferred: Prior experience in pharmacy or retail store management (0.6 months to 6 + years)
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflows
Drive sales and ensure revenue targets are met
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory standards
Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Leadership qualities for senior roles
