B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the civil construction industry, with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role.
Strong knowledge of commercial & residential building projects.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and ensure operational excellence.
