The Medical & Surgical Ward Nurse will provide holistic nursing care to patients across
medical and surgical wards. This includes pre- and post-operative care, wound and drain
management, and handling post-ICU transfer cases.

Job Summary:
The ICU Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management
within the Intensive Care Unit. The role requires expertise in handling critical care cases and
surgical case management while ensuring patient safety and adherence to international
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Manage and monitor surgical cases in the ICU.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Deliver nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, including wound and drain management.
• Manage post-ICU transfer cases and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical & surgical wards.
• Prior experience in internationally accredited hospitals (JCI preferred).
• Age below 35 years.
