About the Role
Alpero Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Collect and relay feedback from the field to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), or higher.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare market.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
