We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer Manager to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our projects. The role involves planning, execution, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead & manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC) works. Review & approve drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with codes/standards. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors & consultants. Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure timely project delivery, safety, and quality. Design, review, and implement MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) as per project requirements. Prepare and review shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP works. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and execution issues. Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and ensure compliance with international/local codes and standards. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety related to MEP works. Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and assist in cost estimation and tendering processes. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure proper integration of MEP systems with civil and architectural elements. Provide technical support during project execution and post-project maintenance Requirements: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & fire-fighting systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP preferred. Excellent leadership & project management skills. Salary: [Insert Range – 7–15 LPA] Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. [X]+ years of relevant experience in MEP design, execution, or project management. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related design software. Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) and local regulations. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience: Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Exposure to sustainable building practices and energy-efficient designs. Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
