Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans for product promotions, seasonal offers, and store events.
Coordinate with external vendors for print, outdoor, and local media advertising.
Manage local showroom marketing activities like hoardings, pamphlets, and vehicle branding.
Assist in planning digital campaigns in collaboration with the social media team.
Track daily customer footfall and collect feedback for analysis.
Build relationships with wedding planners, community leaders, and influencers to boost referrals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand visibility through offline materials (banners, standees, invites, etc.).
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of market trends and local customer behavior.
Ability to multitask and handle showroom-level promotions independently.
Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and vendor coordination.
