Website Management – Oversee daily updates (products, banners, festive promotions) and ensure smooth customer experience. Catalog Coordination – Work with the catalog team for timely & accurate product uploads. Marketing Calendar – Plan and execute festive campaigns, seasonal offers, and new collection launches. Creatives & Shoots – Take charge of planning and executing brand photoshoots by developing concepts, identifying and coordinating with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and models, and ensuring that the final output reflects the premium and elegant identity of Roop Kala. The manager should have a strong sense of fashion aesthetics and ensure that every shoot, reel, and creative matches the brand’s vision. Social Media – Work with the social media team on content planning, reels, campaigns, and influencer tie-ups. Performance Marketing – Plan & manage ad spends across Meta, Google, SEO, and WhatsApp marketing. Optimize campaigns and track spend vs sales. Growth Campaigns & PR – Plan collaborations, PR activities, offers and customer engagement initiatives. Customer Experience – Ensure smooth handling of queries, returns, and overall service quality. Reporting – Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and growth strategies.
