Job Description – Workstream Lead (Source-to-Pay Digital Transformation) Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of a workstream under the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation program for indirect categories. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management skills to ensure seamless design, build, testing, and deployment of digital procurement solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the assigned Source-to-Pay workstream, covering design, build, UAT, MVPs, and go-live. Liaise with implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Collaborate with the PMO to proactively identify risks, define mitigation plans, and track progress. Work with internal technology and operations teams for data sourcing, validation, transformation, and system loading. Partner with category leads and category heads to align process interventions during the design stage. Lead daily stand-ups, provide clear status updates, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required. Support change management activities by preparing deployment, communication, and adoption plans aligned with success metrics. Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and tools across stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related fields. 6–12 years of experience in procurement transformation, digital S2P, or ERP/SaaS implementation projects. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation or procurement technology rollouts. Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes (indirect categories preferred). Experience with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on risk management and issue resolution. Prior exposure to change management and user adoption planning is an advantage.
