Job Description – UX/UI Designer Role Overview: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can craft engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in user research, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms. Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs that enhance usability and engagement. Collaborate with product managers and developers to align designs with business goals. Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across digital products. Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 2–6 years in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components. Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility and business requirements. Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
