Key Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on recycling machinery (shredders, extruders, washing lines, pelletizers, conveyors, etc.). Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in equipment and resolve them in a timely manner. Carry out welding, fabrication, and basic electrical work as needed. Ensure machines are calibrated and operating efficiently to meet production targets. Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability. Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Provide input on continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. The candidate should be good at welding, drilling, fitting, fabrication etc.
