Position: Legal Advisor / Legal Counsel
Job Purpose
To provide legal expertise, advisory support, and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on diverse legal matters.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Mitigate legal risks by advising on best practices and corrective measures.
Stay updated with evolving laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or advisory roles.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders.
