Job Description – Senior Software Engineer (C# / OOPS)Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and design software solutions in line with architectural and design guidelines of native syngo mainline. Implement new features and bug fixes, ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards. Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate solutions against customer requirements and ensure stability of the installed base. Conduct code reviews, provide inputs for requirement/design/test documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational quality processes. Manage integration and submission of solutions into the software configuration management system within agreed timelines. Actively contribute to risk analysis of the product. Serve as a technical driver, guiding the team with expertise and leadership. Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Explore and adopt new technologies, quickly building proof-of-concepts and prototypes. Identify, address, and drive closure of technical debt topics. QualificationsEducation: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 7–11 years in software design and development. Knowledge and SkillsStrong proficiency in C# or other OOPS languages, with solid understanding of design principles, design patterns, and software architecture. Experience in inter-process communication, multi-threading, and data structures. Hands-on knowledge of unit-testing frameworks and Agile development practices. Exposure to WPF, WCF, and enterprise-level application development. Familiarity with software development processes/methodologies and experience working with multi-site global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with assertiveness and ability to work independently. Preferred / Desirable SkillsKnowledge of the medical domain, including DICOM and medical workflows. Experience with static code analysis and testing tools (TFS, Git, FxCop, SONAR, NUnit). Exposure to performance analysis, memory leak detection, and stability tools (ETW, WinDBG). Experience with system testing and integration testing.
