Job Title: Key Account Manager – Powertrain Segment
Job Purpose To drive sustained and profitable growth in assigned key accounts within the Powertrain segment, aligned with organizational strategy. The role requires building long-term customer relationships, delivering value-based solutions, and ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market share goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire a holistic understanding of key customers’ needs and map their organization at all levels to gain actionable insights.
Drive business opportunities to improve profitability and wallet share with key accounts.
Implement and monitor Key Account Management (KAM) processes and tools to achieve annual growth and margin targets for Powertrain customers.
Identify and develop value-based offerings to create win-win outcomes for customers and the organization.
Act as the primary business contact for the customer, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior management in key accounts to become a trusted long-term partner.

Candidate ProfileExperience: 10–16 years in Key Account Management / Business Development within the Automotive or Powertrain industry, handling Southern region customers.
Qualification: BE in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (Full-time) preferred, with MBA as an added advantage.
Location Preference: Based in Pune with travel across the Southern region.
