Pure voice process (no chat/email). You will receive inbound calls and warm transfers (calls handed over to you), convert hot leads, and set qualified appointments for demos or next steps.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and handle warm transfers from the queue/teams
Understand customer need; deliver a short, clear pitch aligned to the use case
Handle objections and negotiate confidently to move the call forward
Convert hot leads on the call and book appointments
Make timely call-backs/follow-ups to drive decisions
Update CRM/dialer with accurate notes, dispositions, and next steps
Achieve daily/weekly targets: calls, conversions, appointments, talk time
Follow US process compliance, QA standards, and call scripts
Must-Have Experience
Experience in US sales is a must (International BPO/Inside Sales – Voice)
Excellent US English: clear, neutral accent; confident and professional on calls
Proven record in lead conversion and appointment setting
Strong sales and negotiation skills; target-driven and persistent
Comfortable with high call volumes and fast follow-ups
Hands-on with CRM and auto-dialer tools
