We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Fire Protection System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment. Execution & Monitoring Oversee daily operations on HVAC and fire protection system projects. Monitor progress against project plans and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure work is completed to specifications, within budget, and on schedule. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Chair project meetings and report on progress, risks, and financials. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct quality assurance checks and coordinate system testing and commissioning. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of project activities, contracts, change orders, and approvals. Prepare project status reports, cost tracking summaries, and post-project evaluations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and fire protection system projects. Proven track record of delivering MEP projects within time and budget constraints. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and HVAC/fire protection standards. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD/Revit. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Work Conditions: Office-based with regular site visits. May involve extended hours or weekend work based on project requirements. Must be able to work in active construction environments. Why Join Us?
