β Oversee all resort operations β Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquet & Maintenance
β Drive service excellence, guest satisfaction & operational efficiency
β Lead, train & motivate staff for professional growth and performance
β Manage budgets, cost control & vendor relationships
β Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain the highest hospitality standards
β Requirementsπ Proven experience in hotel/hospitality management (minimum 3β5 years in a leadership role)
π Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
π Deep understanding of guest service standards and resort operations
π Location: Kanker, Chhattisgarh
