Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, team management, and ensuring top-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Creation: Design and develop innovative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus.
Kitchen Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
Cost Management: Control food costs, minimize wastage, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure hygiene, health, and food safety regulations are strictly followed.
Collaboration: Work with management on promotions, special events, and new dishes.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on kitchen performance, staff, and costs.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in culinary management or as a Head Chef.
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred).
