Our 4 labels include: 👗 Limited Edition – 450+ new top-wear styles every month 🧵 Studio – Full-category seasonal collections 🎨 Signature – Hand-crafted ultra-limited designs 👚 Blu Dammar – Factory-priced fashion for Roslis Card holders 👩‍🎨 About the Role – Head Designer (Women’s Wear )We are looking for a visionary Head Designer to lead the creative direction of Roslis. You will oversee a team of designers and be responsible for delivering 450+ designs monthly across categories while maintaining the soul of the Roslis brand. This is a leadership position requiring not just creativity but also discipline, speed, and sharp cost-awareness. ✅ Key Responsibilities Lead and define design strategy across all 4 labels Supervise a growing team of designers, stylists, and interns Approve designs for production – silhouette, fabric, trims, print Ensure design deadlines are met (450+ styles per month) Collaborate with sourcing to match fabric availability and cost Monitor trends and Roslis customer preferences using real-time feedback Maintain high quality in fit, finishing, and wearability 🛠️ Requirements Degree in Fashion Design/Textiles (NIFT, Pearl, or similar) 7+ years of proven experience in women’s fashion Experience leading design teams in fast-paced environments Strong design software skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D/CD Solid knowledge of Indian fabrics, patterns, sizing, and trends 🌟 Bonus Skills (Preferred) Background in fast fashion or pre-order models Cost optimization in fabric/trims without compromising design 🎯 Why Join Roslis?
