Job Description-
We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Equity with a strong background in the stock market/equity segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving brokerage revenue while ensuring superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing equity customers.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for equity trading and investment products.
Achieve revenue targets through brokerage and cross-selling financial products.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving concerns promptly.
Keep track of market trends and provide clients with relevant insights.
Requirements
Equity background is a must (prior experience in equity trading, broking, or related fields).
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equity sales, trading, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
