We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to lead and supervise our construction projects from initiation to completion. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of CPWD/State PWD DSR, Rate Analysis, Site Execution, Estimation, Costing, Planning, and Billing, along with proven expertise in managing client-side engineers and ensuring strict compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of civil construction works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Independently coordinate and manage Client’s Engineer/Consultant for day-to-day site requirements, inspections, approvals, and work progress. Prepare and review project estimates, costing, BOQs, and rate analysis as per CPWD DSR and project requirements. Oversee preparation of work schedules, planning, progress monitoring, and resource allocation for timely project delivery. Manage site execution activities including excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, external development, etc. Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills, prepare running and final bills for client submission, and ensure smooth certification. Monitor project budget, cash flow, and ensure effective cost control measures. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to IS codes, CPWD specifications, and contractual obligations. Anticipate and resolve project issues by proactive coordination with stakeholders. Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, and communication with management and client representatives. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of DSR, DAR, Rate Analysis, Estimation, and Billing procedures. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and costing. Hands-on experience in site execution of large-scale civil projects. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage client engineers, consultants, and site staff independently. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination. Qualifications BE./ B.Tech /Diploma in Civil Engineering (from a recognized university/institution). Minimum 12 years of experience in Civil Construction Projects (preferably institutional, hospital, commercial, or government works). Prior experience in handling government/CPWD/State PWD projects will be an added advantage.
