1. Lead a team of AC technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. 2. Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks. 3. Take care of IDT, ACDB foundation and HT Panel installation. 4. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them. 5. Monitor and analyse AC system performance data, identify trends, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 6. Responsible for Panel erections and Earthing. 7. Cable trenching, laying, and termination 8. Control and communication laying and termination 9. Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in AC systems to recommend enhancements or upgrades. 10. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service records, repair logs, and equipment specifications. 11. Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and other 12. hardware components in the data centre. 13. Monitor and manage data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems, to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. 14. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and equipment replacements. 15. Foundation and erection of Trackers/MMS 16. Capability to work on the Erection of modules, Cable trancing, DC & LT cable laying and termination. 17. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, such as access controls, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols. 18. Inverter foundation and installation. 19. Monitor LA foundation, installation of robots and other module cleaning mechanism. 20. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineering, and facilities, to support data center projects and initiatives. 21. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to data center emergencies outside of regular business hours, if required.
