Electrical & Electronics Technical Support
Scope:
Handle processes across all electrical & electronics systems, including Wiring Harness and Lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance: Support Field Tekliners & COTEK in resolving complex customer concerns by analyzing problems and providing effective solutions.
Engineering Liaison: Collaborate with engineering and plant quality teams to fix diagnostic issues.
Feedback to Engineering: Provide insights to improve diagnostic methods and processes.
Training Support: Assist in improving technical training effectiveness through on-the-job evaluations to enhance performance.
Diagnostic Development: Create quick and effective diagnostic methods based on field resolutions and real-time feedback.
