Job Description: Dispatch & Inventory ExecutivePosition: Dispatch & Inventory Executive Location: [Specify Location] Experience: [Insert Range – e.g., 2–5 years] Employment Type: [Full-time] Role OverviewThe Dispatch & Inventory Executive is responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring quality and quantity compliance of finished goods, and maintaining effective inventory control. This role plays a key part in coordinating logistics, monitoring storage and handling practices, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods along with required documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate dispatches of finished goods in alignment with production and customer requirements. Verify the quality and quantity of finished goods against prescribed norms and standards. Manage inventory control, including stocktaking, documentation, disbursement, and reorder management. Monitor storage conditions, finished goods handling, and production losses to minimize wastage. Ensure accurate preparation of dispatch documentation (invoices, gate passes, shipping documents, etc.). Maintain proper records of inventory movement, dispatch schedules, and stock reconciliations. Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Support audits, compliance requirements, and reporting related to inventory and dispatch management. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in dispatch operations, inventory management, or warehouse handling. Knowledge of stock control systems, ERP/WMS tools, and documentation processes. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). Experience Range: 2–5+ years in dispatch, inventory, or warehouse roles.
