Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily production and manufacturing activities. Ensure smooth functioning of maintenance, engineering support, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities, distribution, and warehousing. Direct efforts to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Safety, Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry requirements. Maintain a secure and sanitary work environment. Uphold and improve quality control measures for products and processes. Process & Continuous Improvement Drive the development, implementation, and improvement of operational systems, equipment, and processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to improve operational efficiency. Promote lean manufacturing and TPM principles. People Leadership Lead programs for hiring, training, performance management, and employee development. Build and maintain a skilled, motivated workforce. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. Planning & Execution Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and internal targets. Monitor process performance and workforce efficiency. Remove barriers to achieve production goals and customer satisfaction. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Expertise in manufacturing operations, production planning, and process improvement. Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Ability to drive lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
