Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data in various systems and databases. This role requires strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
Review and verify data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Organize and store documents in a structured and secure manner.
Generate reports and extract required information as requested.
Assist in administrative tasks related to data management.
Communicate with internal teams to clarify information or obtain missing data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator/Specialist or similar role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
